4. Return & Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exchange requests are made within the 7-day time frame.
- Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.

- Instead of a refund, we will issue a store credit coupon of equal value (valid for 60 days).
- ZAW Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical or inventory issues.
