At ZAW Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition, we do have a clear return and exchange policy to handle exceptional cases.
1. General Policy
- ZAW Store does not offer any general returns or exchanges on products, unless the item received is faulty, incorrect, or damaged.
2. Conditions for Exchange (within 7 Days)
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only if:
- The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of order delivery.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery.
- The product differs from what was originally ordered.
- There are missing components such as price tags, labels, or original packaging.

All disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to resolve them fairly.
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement product of equal value to the one listed in your invoice.
3. Shipping Costs
For all exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
4. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Discounted or sale items
- Unstitched fabric once it has been stitched
- Wedding wear and custom couture pieces
- Luxury or premium collections (e.g. ZAW Luxe Fabric)
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- ZAW Store does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee.
- If you paid via card, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. In such cases, a store credit coupon of the same amount will be issued — valid for 60 days.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, quality issues, technical errors, or payment failures.
🔒 We do not store any credit card details or share personal data with third parties.

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, please keep in mind:
